Carolina Bouten-Pinto, Principal
Carolina is passionate about enabling people to work effectively with diversity. She has over 25 years combined experience as a manager and cultural diversity consultant in the private, not for profit, government and health sectors, in Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. Caroline holds tertiary qualifications in Community Development and Adult Education, and a Masters of Management (Hons) from Griffith University specialising in reflexivity and cultural diversity in organisations. Through collaborations with colleagues and clients the ‘Culturewise Practice®’ approach to management and leadership emerged. Culturewise Practice® has enabled hundreds of people, from frontline staff to senior managers effectively negotiate and deal with difference in their everyday work practice and relationships. Caroline is currently completing a PhD to put Culturewise Practice forward as a relational approach to inclusion and diversity practice.
Sandra Bennett, Associate
Sandra is passionate about facilitating deep understandings of the nature of personal and cultural differences; how to bridge these differences and evolve creative and cohesive environments. She supports individuals and organisations to identify the diverse talents and strengths of team members and align these with workplace tasks in order to increase individual and team productivity and harmony. Through her involvement with “Partners in Cultural Competence”, (Ethnic Communities Council of Qld) Sandra has built a solid reputation in designing and delivering cultural competence workshops to thousands of participants. She has had vast industry experience across the public and private sectors, in education, corporate training, sales and marketing, communications, and aged care. Her qualifications include a Diploma of Teaching, Workplace Training and Assessment, Counselling and Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Negotiation and Multicultural Affairs Qld Train the Trainer, and Flow and performance consultant inTalent Dynamics.
